| Our Proprietor is an active member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, wherein he is one of the conveners of the Knowledge Centers of the Institute. He is also an LLB from Mumbai University. The proprietor has an experience in appearances before the National Company Law Tribunal, Income Tax Apellate Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Arbitration, City Civil Court, District Consumer Forum and Small Causes Court while he was associated with a leading Corporate Law Chambers. |
